When making a Cruise America or Cruise Canada bookings, please have the following information ready:
- The type of vehicle you require – Can you be FLEXIBLE?
- Please be sure to request the vehicle that is most suitable for your party size. Be prepared to take a larger one than originally planned if you are offered a better Flex Rate on that larger vehicle. Please note: Maximum occupancy described does not mean that all adults would be comfortably accommodated; think of the physical size, not just the age, of your party members.
- The pick up and return city – Can you be FLEXIBLE?
- You can choose from 18 major USA and 4 Canadian pick up cities but while you may have your chosen destination firmly in mind please be prepared to pick up at a nearby city if you are offered a better Flex Rate there. Please note: Though you cannot pick up in one country and return in another within the same country, one-way rentals are possible on request at a small supplement.
- The pick up and return date – Can you be FLEXIBLE?
- You can pick up and return on any day except Sundays and a few National Holidays. Try to be flexible on pick up date if you are offered a cheaper Flex Rate if you pick up a few days earlier or later than originally planned.
